Calls frequently and says nothing.

Do you have an account with INTELLUS ? I got the same thing ...one of multi line phones from Home Land Security in Lufkin Texas ... So why the annoying phone calls with no message from the GOV ..Did you call the number back ? a machine answered Thank you for calling The Education Authority... What the hell is up with that ...That's our Gov ?

robo call, said contacting all account holders about upcoming increase in cc interest rates. said to press 9 to talk to a rep. pressed 9, got a rep asking me if i wanted to take advantage of a lower interest rate on cc balances. asked to be removed from their call list and she hung up.

Hung up after two rings when I called back it said number was disconnected.

The number called literally about 20 times. It's not my phone or my house so I didn't answer at first, but I eventually got fed up. The woman on the other end didn't introduce herself, only asked for the homeowner. I said he wasn't home. She asked when would be a good time to call again. I said I didn't know when he'd be back. The incessant calls stopped after that.
